I purchased a new home with Aspen Ridge Homes and had the worst experience with our brand new roof. The house is less than six months old, but the roof had so many defects that during rainy season and spring thaw, water was pouring into my new home causing major structural damage. I knew the only solution to get this fixed properly was to get the entire roof replaced by a reputable, reliable and qualified roofing company. I spoke with Wayne, the owner at Cox, and he immediately scheduled a meeting at my house. He was prompt in his quotation, reasonable in price and provided a high-quality roofing system that's worth its value for years to come. It even comes with a 20-year warranty which gives homeowners like me instant peace of mind. His team including site manager Devon was professional and completed on-time without delays. I'm so happy I choose Cox Roofing System, and this is one solid roofing company I would highly recommend.
My commercial building needed a new roof bad! It was leaking in a bunch of spots. I spoke with Wayne Cox directly and he is super friendly and personable. He sent someone out right away to get me a quote. When they started the roof, the onsite supervisor, Devon, plus all the other workers, were so friendly and respectful. We did run into some problems during the roof replacement process but the way they handled the issues and fixed them right away is superior customer service. They are honest and dependable and I would recommend them to anyone!
Residential flat roof replacement. Cox Roofing is a "must contact" company when considering a flat roof replacement. Wayne Cox indicated only 35% of their business is residential, but they manage this aspect of their business with professionalism, strong communication, and commitment to the homeowner and the job. Difficult to find a company like Cox today, but perhaps that's why they have been in business 62-years. Wayne, Devon & team, great experience & happy home owner.
The Township of Hornepayne has enjoyed a lengthy relationship with Cox Roofing starting in the early 90’s when our arena was insulated and reroofed. The 10 year expected life lasted over 20 years! Trusting Cox Roofing for their quality work, and impressed by their competitive pricing, we recently had a TTR white roof installed on the arena, and part of the curling club, and fully expect to get 30 years out of it. Other municipal buildings were also reroofed at the same time. The company confidently backs their work up with lengthy warranties and are always there if you should have any questions or concerns. The personal service provided by this family company is second to none and I can honestly say we have maintained a friendly and cooperative arrangement for a very long time. We are lucky to have them serve Northern Ontario.
Well managed , Devon of Cox roofing provided me with daily reports and progress reports, The crew also accommodated my tenants with little or no distribution of there day to day service. Well done Devon
