The building itself looks old. The amount, price and the taste are good. Pretty good considering it's fast food Mexican. Will go there again when possible.
Great food, even better customer service! Even on Taco Tuesdays when the restaurant is slammed and to no fault of the girls behind the counter--they don't control staffing, the girls are incredibly polite and friendly. Even waiting ten minutes for food, the girls are apologetic and the food is still hot. Could use one more person behind the counter at times, but it's worth the wait nonetheless.

Whenever I come here I know exactly what I'm getting, and usually it's a taco Tuesday situation over here...BUT TODAY SCREAMED TACOS AND MEXI FRIES!
Taco Time Abbotsford always serves a fair price and great Tacos. Their Taco Salad is huge.
I love the food here! It's definitely a good bang for your buck. However, I wasn't too impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area and floor. It definitely looks like it needed some cleaning. Unfortunately my experience with the staff wasn't too great either as they just seemed unimpressed and uninterested in working there. So I'll give this a four stars for the food but definitely could use some improvement with the cleanliness and the attitude.
Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant from the customer service side. This chain is quite popular in some areas of the US. Here in Canada this franchise damages their reputation. They must have better staff selection process, the so called "manager" is a joke, rude and aggressive.
Honestly the food was absolutely delicious and really surprising for fast food! How ever they are under staffed and slow. But the quality and taste of food was so good I'd definitely go back! I know that taco Tuesday is busy but this was a Friday. Again the food makes up for it. We got 2 super beef burritos and deluxe mexifries
It's very hard to tell if this location is open, and the lack of dining in at this time doesn't help. I asked for hot sauce, and was greatly disappointed to find that none was included in the bag, even after the order taker and the filler BOTH asked me. Will I try again? Absolutely. I'm hoping that this was just a one off problem.
They seem understaffed and overworked, and their drive-through microphone doesn’t work. Nevertheless the service is friendly and the food is decent and very reasonably priced. If you’re having a yen for tacos, especially on a Tuesday! I’d recommend Taco Time.
