Excellent place to drop in when craving Mexican food! I have no complaints! Was seated right away and received our orders in a decent time. The atmosphere was calm and quiet I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
One of our favourite places to go in Abbotsford! Every server we have had has been a delight. Their tacos are to die for, as are their homemade hot sauces! Each hot sauce is so unique - it's hard to pick a favourite. The cocktails are also delicious! We have quickly become regulars
Food was high quality and delicious. Our server was friendly and we enjoyed the music and ambiance. They have lots of margaritas of course and they have Jarritos sodas as well. Only downside was that two people finished their meals by the time the fourth and fifth person finally got their food.
If you are looking for authentic, this is not the place to go. We didn't have high expectations going into it because of reviews. The Carne Asada was under cooked and not at all how traditional Carne Asada is done..this was more like your typical steak, not all what would be considered "Authentic Mexican", as goes for the Birria Tacos, which had very little to be desired. There really are no other words for just how awful the food was and how steep the prices are for such subpar food. The only positive was the service from our server. It does not sound like this is the first or last time there has been complaints.
This was the second visit for my wife and I. The first time, we sat at the bar and had two drinks and a dip duo, which we really enjoyed. This time, we sat at a table. We decided to share a couple of appetizers. We had the chicken Tikka wings and the quesabirria taco. Both were excellent. The wings were the largest I've ever seen north of the border, tender, juicy, and tossed in a fragrant, spicy sauce. The taco was a unique treat, deep, richly flavored shredded beef and pickled onion, wrapped in a flour tortilla, coated with cheese and grilled golden brown. It was served with a bowl of the hot brasing liquid for dipping. It was absolutely sensational! A couple of very well-made Grand Margaritas completed a very satisfying meal. We were served by the owner, a lovely young lady we had met on our first visit. The only two things that kept me from giving five stars were a very tight parking lot and a lack of ambiance. Knowing that she just purchased the restaurant during the pandemic, I hope that a dining room upgrade is in the near future. All in all, the lack of ambiance will not stop me from driving the 40 minutes next time I have a craving for Mexican!
Good food but not the best. Great for chips, salsa and margaritas! The birria tacos left something to be desired but the fajitas were fantastic.
Finally, authentic Mexican cuisine in Abbotsford! Anna and the super friendly staff will make your experience wonderful. Crisp, not greasy Chimichangas. Amazing Chipotle Shrimp. Authentic street tacos. This is not Taco Bell. Affordable cocktails as well. Definitely worth checking out.
Best Mexican I’ve had in Canada. Authentic and exemplary. Fantastic cocktails, appetizers and entrees. Definitely coming here regularly. And so should you.
Birria Tacos! That should say enough but, for those who are not in the know... Here's some pics . Everything else was perfect tasting. These Fookin Tacos tho . I'll be back to terminate some more and I'm bringing back up . P.S.. the Jello shooters were Sooo good ‍
Ordered through skip and delivered with uncooked rice. Skip gave me a generous 50% refund on a 100% unedible order. Looks like my money went to waste and I am still with no dinner. PS cooked rice should look all cooked.
