The employees here have no idea what’s going on. We told them we were waiting for a mobile order and then waited for 15minutes. Asked them what the status was and they said they never received our order. Then finally received the order and it was a terrible crunch wrap supreme and cinnamon bites and twists that were just deep fried without any sugar or sauce coating…. Never returning here
Do not go to this taco ball if you have dietary restrictions!!! Ordered food with *NO BEEF CANNOT EAT BEEF* in the instructions and received our burritos with beef, which I did not notice was the case until I took a bite because I expected that saying no beef *in all caps* would be enough for them to understand. Will not be ordering from this location again, very upset! Dietary restrictions: DOES NOT LISTEN, specifically asked for no beef in the instructions, and was ignored completely for the burritos.
Quality & service has severely declined, other than a few long time staff, all new ppl & they are hiring even right now. Basic things like cutlery, should be included in bags, not needed to be asked for, same with straws. Tortillas were really stale, unusual for this location..
As a person who loves Taco Bell, this one disappoints on so many levels. The food quality is trash, and they give you little meat. Also, don't order on Ubereats or Grubhub unless you like dry tacos because this location refuses to give you taco sauce, even if you specify in the special instructions. This place is the worst.Food: 1/5
I was so excited to see some plant-based options available. If I had known the bean crispwrap were so bland I would have ordered food at another restaurant though. The bread tasted like plastic and there was not much inside. And to top if off, the plant-based wrap came with dairy cheese! I'm glad I asked before I placed my order and they could remove it.
Funny staff that work there. They were very pleasant and the food was delicious. I found everything to be fresh & hot and compared to other Taco Bells I have been to, I would rate this one higher.

Taco Bell in Canada seem to be the worst, this location was horrible, I bought a taco, a burrito and a chalupa, everything with beef, well, I barely got half a spoon of beef on each item, also no tomato, on my taco I got 1 piece of tomato ! I’m not kidding, I tiny piece of tomato. the place doesn’t look clean and the employees don’t know el anything about customer service
This is one of world’s only involuntary vegetarian beef taco place. Besides the meatlessness, I agree with another review’s comment that the food tasted bitter, don’t know whether it’s from the overused oil. Bought one of the most expensive item on the menu, one bite, no meat, two bite, no meat, three bite, a tiny bit of meat, four bite, a tiny bit of meat, five bite, meat diminishing, six bite, meat gone. Don’t play “where is Waldo?” Play “where is the beef?” There is definitely inflation, but inflation might be 5-20%, not 300%. They don’t need to compensate it by reducing the meat to 1/7 as much as other Taco Bell location. The kitchen is unsanitary, it’s hard to eat thinking back about their kitchen. Sad…
Crunch Wraps weren't labeled so we had to eat them to find out which was which 2 were for vegetarians. 1 of 2 Fries Supreme was supposed to be vegetarian, instead both came with beef. And one of the two, instead, was missing the chives, beans and tomato. On top of that, my food clearly sat there for over a half hour and nobody bothered to remake it. It was cold and fries were soggy.
