Taco Bell

My family of 4 stopped for a quick lunch. Ordered two $5 cravings deals and the 3 taco meal (the #8). We waited for 20 minutes only to find out there were still three other customers' orders ahead of us. After we found that out, we were told they were backed up because someone ordered 15 #9 meals. I understand being busy, and that is a large order, but you can't stop serving other customers for one customer. The customer with 15 #9s should be the one to wait, not the customers who ordered normal sized meals. I will say the young man who gave me my refund was very polite and understanding, no attitude, no excuses, just was trying to fix it. I really appreciated that.

Service is super slow, and workers aren’t really doing much. Been waiting over 20 mins for our food now. Would give it 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Had some people waiting almost an hour for there food.

Kitchen was disgusting everything was covered in trash. Dinning area wasn't clean! Staff was rude & their hygiene was terrible! We waited 35 mins for our food then half way home we notice half our order is missing. When i went back I got attitude from the manager. Now I remember why I dont go here... the last time i stopped here on break from work and waited over 40 mins cuz the computer system went down & they couldn't give me my money back...

This was the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I waited about 10 mins for 2 plain soft shell tacos!!! My friend waited in the drive through for 25 mins after ordering her food. Also, me and my friend ordered a candy popping freeze each, and My was not mixed up at all and when I asked them to mix it up they said they don’t have a mixer and it just depends on how the freeze come out if the machine. Then my friend waited 10 mins. for her sane freeze and still had to ask again for them to make it.

I love Taco Bell, but this one in Waupaca is so terrible! Can never get your order right, and you wait 25 minutes for it. Tables are always dirty. I thought New London's was the worst. Wuapaca is now leading that race!
