Taco Bell

I ordered a steak quesadilla combo meal with a supreme taco. My taco was supreme, my drink was good. But for some reason, they made my quesadilla also supreme. It kinda ruined it for me, and also they were very very rushed even though there were only a couple people in the drive through and one family inside. I will not visit this location again, as almost everytime they somehow mess up my very simple order.

I won’t be giving this location my business anymore. I like a lot of sauce and this server limited me to 3 packets per burrito. If I were dining inside, I could have had all I wanted. I went through the drive through at 5:30pm in Thursday 3/20/25. The server’s name was Cody.

I haven't yet had the opportunity to dine inside the restaurant, so I can't comment extensively on its aesthetics. However, from what I've observed, it appears to be clean and well-organized. The primary reason for my highly positive review is the exceptional service provided by the well-trained and attentive staff I've encountered. One employee, in particular, delivered outstanding customer service when I encountered a technical issue with the app shortly before closing time. Despite the challenges, this employee went above and beyond by preparing my food after hours and even included complimentary Cinnabon balls with my order. Most fast-food restaurants would not have gone to such lengths; not only did I receive my meal, but I also enjoyed some delightful treats on the house. This level of dedication is rare in fast-food establishments, where accommodating a customer after hours is not the norm. I left with not just my meal but also a delightful surprise that made the experience truly special.

I ordered online 20 minutes prior to going and picking it up. I live 10 minutes away so when I got the notification saying it was ready I left. My bag was super cold and what felt like may have been sitting there for more than 10 minutes. One of the items had moisture all over it and left one of the tacos crumbly and soggy. I had a long day doing physical work on a car motor, I just wanted to have something decent to eat. Pretty much ruined my appetite and mood. Next time I'll go in and order.

Could be better at different times in the day, when they’re forced to actually care, but let me tell you. Night time, when you’d think be with people they’d mostly vibe with would order, they screw over the most. I door dashed an order that had a crunch wrap supreme, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a Chalupa. The crunch wrap supreme barely had ANY meat on it, the cheesy Gordita crunch had no lettuce or cheese on it, the chalupa had barely ANY meat on it as if I ordered a salad. We called and told them about the door dash order and that we would come in person Instead. The person who was at the window was minimal and stand off ish, and we re ordered our food.. the cheesy Gordita crunch still had zero lettuce. You can’t trust what’s going on nowadays as they don’t care about the type of service they give it about what you say is lacking. And you don’t want to say TOO much to risk them spitting in the food. If they haven’t already. The pandemic doesn’t matter because nobody is getting fired if they’re pretending like they’re willing to work. Long story short, service sucks, and food quality is worse than fast food. Silverdale sucks. Pictures I added are from the original order.
