Waited 30 minutes for my food while the employees were smoking pot out back. If I could have drove off I would have. Asked for my money back and they refused. Will not go back and remodeling your store doesn't make it better if you don't change the staff. Had to give one star just for this to post wish they had a negative star option. Oh and your kids free soda you offered was a joke. I hope you all lose your job and won't be sad that taco bell isn't on this side of town.

Slowest Taco Bell in the world. Every single time, whether dining in or drive thru, the wait is ridiculously long. I tend to drive across town to a different location just to avoid the long wait.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to aside Delavan. Waited 30 min for food. And it was wrong. This is ridiculous. When I wanted a refund they wouldn’t give it to me because I didn’t bring back all the food.
