Ordered a quesadilla, and got beef taco seasoning in it, instead of queso sauce, the worker said that's how they make them,.....hello it's a QUESAdilla, not a taco

Employees don't give a rat's arse, the food was pretty sloppy and unsatisfying. 
Would it kill someone to do QA?
