We are at their mercy in a small town...due to lack of fast food options. Everytime I come to this drive thru I wait forever! By the time I get to the window, they've knocked 10% off the total. I don't care about saving 60¢. I want my food!!

Numerous times as this time got my order wrong again or sorry ma'am we have no chicken at this time can you wait 15 minutes? Drive thru is horrendous cannot hear when trying to place order. Be sure to check your order before leaving. Nothing like biting into a grilled steak stuffed burrito with no beans that turns out to be hamburger with beans. Check your receipt yep ordered that park get out of car go inside staff rude about it. Would love to give better rating but out of the 2-3 times I've gone here each year for 5 years how do you still keep getting orders wrong?

So, I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes(literally) and they have the nerve to tell me "there's going to be a wait on one of your food items" . unbelievable

The service here was slow and one of the guys preparing the food kept coughing everywhere. The whole place is in pretty poor shape. It needs a serious renovation.
