Pizza Shack

I am utterly not impressed with the service provided to me this evening. The woman on the phone was notably rude and had a "stank" attitude. I was patient with her on the phone and she responded with disrespectful conduct. I am shocked that this establishment would even tolerate that kind of conduct. I attempted to spell out my name for her and she called me "question mark," then proceeded to deliberately refer to me as that before hanging up. I work the window at a place that has customers lined up for half a mile for lunch everyday, and I treat every customer with respect and make sure they get what they asked for. Busyness is no excuse to behave like that. Great place with one really pathetic worker. Like i said this was a real disappointment to a valuable customer. Looks like it's gonna be pizza hut tomorrow.

Not only is their pizza great, but so is their staff. The one waitress we had was engaging and thoughtful. Recently when I picked up a to go order, I was carrying my baby. As I was trying to figure out how to balance the two, the man behind the counter insisted on helping me carry the pizza out to my car so I could strap my child into her seat. Great staff. Great pizza.

Pretty good pizza, probably one of the top 3 best pizzas I've had in the area. Very friendly staff and a great menu but I've only had the pizza there.

So I got a buffalo chicken sandwich from here and it was hard as a rock. When I took a bite into it ,it almost broke my teeth that’s how hard it was. So I called back and he leveled with me and said he will give me a credit for it so I say okay can I order the same thing again now . He says called back a 9pm and they close at 10pm so what sense does that make? Let’s wait and see if I get my food ...
