Went there tonight, must have been busy tonight as they were out of chicken and was going to be a 17 minute wait for an 18 piece bucket. 647 at night and they are out of chicken?!?! Asked for crispy chicken and was told they had to marinade it overnight and that they weren't serving anymore tonight, again this Is during supper rush. Go to the south end and still end up waiting but they were happy to make crispy chicken for me. North store employees should learn customer service and manners from the south end KFC!!!!!
I would give Zero Stars if I could - Went thru the drive thru at the Red Deer location on 50 Avenue, got back to work and my Chili Cheese Fries were defiantly not Chili Cheese Fries - and since me and sour cream are not friends they went directly into the garbage.
First time coming to taco bell red deer. Was ordering dinner for 3 people. Was super excited but ended up super disappointed. We tried to order online, but it wouldn't take payment. So then we went through the drive though, and the person taking our order didn't ask us which burritos, wraps, meats, etc, we wanted in the combos, and we ended up getting a bunch of hard tacos and bean burritos we didn't want instead of what we would have liked to order. The cinnamon twists were unedible. Super super stale and no cinnamon flavor at all. The meals weren't put together, and the tacos and wraps and burritos were unmarked, and half of them were not even in the wrapper... they were on the bottom of the bag, with nothing covering them. Even got our drinks wrong. Ended up being dinner roulette, never knowing what you're eating or getting.
I was basically given two tortillas with some chicken on them, then drowned in lettuce. I had to pull over to assemble them myself. Prob won't ever go back to this placeFood: 2/5
Food was soggy and cold, ordered ahead and had to go and wait 15 minutes in the drive thru at 740 even though the website lists the dining room open until 10:30. The whole point of ordering ahead was to not wait.....Food: 1/5
Terrible! I have never seen such sad flattened tacos with very very little filling/ toppings inside in my life! Super stingy and Portions are not worth the price! Was disappointed the first time eating from this location and figured I'd give them another go over a year later. Nope, nope, just nope! Never again! Rip off!!
Drive thru took forever, kid working the window was obvious lacking training, food came old cold and old. Managers smoking in the parking lots while this is going on. Kfc ain’t gunna survive in this economy if they wanna be trash
#15: Taco bell chalupa. The last thing you want in your taco bell chalupa is a bread tag but as it turns out, that might be what you get. Every time I come here my orders are messed up. One time I got dairy in my tacos even though I asked for it without. One time they charged me for dip that I didn't receive. The next time they gave us tacos insted of chalupas. Too bad this is the only taco bell in red deer or I'd never go again
Worst service ever I am vegetarian I specified it clearly 4 yo 5 times .no beef then also they add beef .I go inside specially to make sure instead of drive through.
This place has gotten worst over the time. I got a wrong order last time and when I got right order today,there was no taste at all.
