Not the best experience. The drive thru was steady but there was not a line and they only filled the drive thru orders. 22 minutes in I had to ask if they were going to fill our order. We spent $45 and it was frustrating
I have been to this location three times now, each took 45 minutes from time I pulled in the drive thru until time I received my food. None of the employees had any great customer service skills. Ignored customers as they say waiting. Couldn't come to window and apologize for the wait. Food was cold. They as of Thursday night, November, 2022, lost three customers as I was getting meals for all 3 of us in the household.
Lately, you would think the employee's had to pay for taco sauce out of their checks because they surely won't give you any. And the kitchen isn't much better. Seriously, a tsp. of meat on a taco? I'm done. Shouldn't be eating there anyway.
Absolutely the grilled burrito I got was on point and any time ask one of them some weird request they don't correct me, they just make it and accommodate for my ignorance. I love that about the Bell. Kid-friendliness: Honestly my children often request just this or that on a simple this or that and Taco Bell never cares. They just make the weird crap and charge us accordingly.
Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes after they asked what we wanted and we responded. They finally respond and say what did you want again? We get up to the window and they are just barely starting to make our food. Finally get some if our food and they say thanks have a good day, only we did not get all of our food. We had to try to get the girls attention only to receive attitude when we politely explained we did not get all of our food. Still waiting. After 45 minutes, we could have eaten any where else and would have been done eating.
This location is about like any other Taco Bell. Staff is fine and the place is kept pretty clean. Hard to beat the dollar menu, haha.
I love Fulton taco bell they are friendly polite and have good customer service. And when there's a mistake made with your food. They do their very best to make up for it by remaking it or refunding it and giving a coupon as well. Friendly staff, great food. What's not to like? Vegetarian options: You can make your order in any way you like. Almost anything can become vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: I've never seen a kid not like Taco Bell. Parking: Well lit. Spacious. Wheelchair accessibility: Works great. Dietary restrictions: As stated already, anything can be changed as needed.
I was told I need to try their breakfast for the first time so I pull into the drive thru at 745 am and someone greats me very friendly and asked hi how are you today ,I said good and then I looked at the menu when I was ready to order nobody answered me so I sat and waited for about five minutes after getting annoyed repeatedly asking for someone to take my order and getting silence and ignored I pulled to the window not a worker in sight so I read the sign on the window and it said they open at 8 if someone would have just said that instead of acting like they were going to accept my order I gladly would have accepted that and been on my way and tried again some other day but they didn’t do that instead they made late for work and unable to get breakfast that morning I won’t be back and I will be calling corporate thanks for the terrible service
