Fajita grill!!! was A great spot in Fulton New York. It was clean not too crowded Very cool And relaxing Dining area. I chose the rice bowl with the side of chips My only complaint for the was rice That it had more than usual crunch Or uncooked / heard rice but Other than that I had a very Pleasant time Would definitely recommend this
Normally the food is excellent. This visit as well as the prior visit the food wasn't like it has been in the past. Portion size has shrunk drastically. I totally understand the current economic atmosphere. I would rather pay a little more and receive the normal. The queso was lumpy and tasteless. The dining area was dirty and very cold.
The food is pretty good but nobody seems to know how to make it. They are not sanitary at all, the last few times I went, the chips didn't have enough salt, the Guacamole tasted like olives, there were two hairs in my food, there was an avocado sticker in the avocados, you can tell that the meat is dry by looking at it, you can see how old the Guacamole is, etc. I think the girls want to look cute so they let their hair hang in their face but it just gets in the food. The Queso is WAY over-priced, $7 for a large thing of it is ridiculous. Their dining room is always FREEZING. I used to be OBSESSED with Fajita to the point that I only went there on lunch and people would buy their gift cards for me. Now it's not worth it. There was one girl at the fulton branch that did a great job but she's gone. I literally only asked Bre to make my food because otherwise it's bad quality. Speaking as someone with managerial and restaurant experience, something needs to change and and it needs to change fast.
Food was awful! Was supposed to get brown rice got white uncooked rice. Tomatoes were greenish yellow and smelled rotten. Chicken tasted like tunafish. Told them No sour cream and they put it on the food anyway. I would advise not to eat there unless you want to get sick which I did! First time and the last time eating there.
Customer service was exceptional. Really appreciated the service provided by the girl behind the counter. It was my first time there today and she helped me with my order and made it easy. Would recommend based on that.
So don't have any pictures cause we were hungry but I do have a great story my kid had a baseball game in Oswego and after we were hungry we were gonna go to pizza hut but we were told that they were cleaning the dinning room so we would be able to eat there so I had been seeing this place and I love Mexican food so I was ok with it personally I feel pizza hut just didn't want to serve us at 8:30-8:45 so this place closed at 9 I gave a phone call cause there were 7 of us the girl on the phone was very nice and accommodated us with no problems we were very appreciative of that so Fajita Grill you now have a customer for life!!!! Pizza hut will never see my money ever again
All food was super dry and cold, rice was crunchy, flies buzzing around guacamole was rotten I won’t be surprised if I get food poisoning it makes you feel dirty eating there
Best queso around food is always good and the staff is friendly. The only problem I have is that normally your food is cold, that's fixed with the queso though. Could use some salt but that's also fixed with queso. 10/10 would recommend
I stopped in and noticed the amount of Flys in the dining room. We are in the middle of winter?? Gross
I've been eating at Fajita Grill since college and it's always been delicious.Food: 4/5
