Hey @tacobell, you guys need to do better!! This was supposed to be a chili cheese taco but you can count the amount of beef that’s in this thing. The manager of this branch told me this is how it’s done after I complained not once but twice.
My order was completely missing the hot sauce I asked for: missing inside my burritos and I received none of the extra packets on the side that I asked for. The other one, I ended up re-rolling myself. I would not recommend this location.
Absolutely the worst service ever. I pulled up to the drive through at exactly 3.40 pm 2 cars were ahead of me it took almost 10 mins to just get to the speaker to order when someone told me to wait I waited another 5 mins to order. Then had to wait 10 mins to get my food So it took exactly 25 minutes to get my 1 Supreme crunch meal. Are you kidding me!!!! Then I start eating it and there is 0 beef ,????? As u can see by the pic It has no meat what so ever. I will never go back even though I live taco bell when I get what I order and not wait 25 mins for a small 1 persons meal. And no apologies nothing 2 cars I found of me neither of them had big meals from what I could see with bags that were given So unacceptable. My beef less beef Supreme crunch
Just picked a doordash order. No pickup instructions were specified in the description. Picked the order from the drive thru and one of the staff member who handed the ordergirl was rude and said next time come into the store. If she could be a little polite than won't be a problem but she was rude. You said next time come into the store. Next time am not even coming into this store. Someone should teach that b**c* how to talk to people.
This location is a combined Taco Bell and KFC. Went during late afternoon and ordered dine-in. Pictured here is the 4pc. Chicken Big box meal spicy version which comes with fries, 20 oz. fountain drink, and a side of your choice I picked coleslaw. The chicken is moist and superbly crispy, right amount of spice. Fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned asked for ketchup coz I love dipping them in ketchup when I don’t have malt vinegar available. The drink, you pretty much help yourself at the machine and the coleslaw was just so-so. There were 4 people ahead of me in line, 2 huge skip the dishes orders so I felt like wait was a bit long. Took them 22 minutes to get my order ready. The lady who took my order at the till was friendly. She was quite nice and asked if I wanted ketchup and hot sauce when she presented my meal to me. Came here with another person who did takeout so his order was right after mine and came out 27 minutes to-go for the Taco Bell value box combo which comes with burrito or tacos your choice, fries, and 20 oz. fountain drink.
Minimum 25 min wait for drive through. Don’t understand how slow fast food can consistently be. By the time you get it you food is cold and soggy. Always hoping for it to be decent as there isn’t any real locations in Metro Vancouver so real have no options. Only reason why this place is still operating. Takes you less time to drive across the border and get it fresh.
Do not order KFC from this location, got two twister wraps with poutine - food was cold, chicken inside wrap was chewy and overcooked, they couldn't be bothered to toast the wrap after so it just falls apart when you open the foil, no sauce or mayo inside the wrap, poutine was not hot, fries were not cooked. On top of that the wait time at a drive through is insane. What a joke of a business, the place should be shut down for false advertising or robbing customers who think they are getting at a minimum an edible meal for their money. Disgusting place, avoid at all costs. Whoever is running this place should pack up shop and try something outside the food industry.
Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. When I got to the speaker to order, I had to say hello, they said one minute. I waited three minutes before saying hello again, they said to wait. We said we had been waiting 20 minutes in the drive through, then they ignored us. Only once we said we were leaving they started to take our order. We still left. How is this place still in business? We as a community should stop supporting them, and they should lose their franchise license.
The heater is NOT WORKING in this establishment. This is unacceptable to customers and the workers. If you work here: Contact the union IMMEDIATELY! Unifor needs to know so they can fix this for you guys. The manager needs to get on this right away. It's inhumane to expect workers to work when you can see your breath inside the restaurant.
Walked in the place was extremely clean. The young gentleman who served us was very polite. As you can see in the photo there was a nice amount of filling in my build your own box beef burrito. The nacho chips were fresh light and crispy. All in all I am very impressed with this location, I have not had such a great experience in a long time with Taco Bell. Thank you you have restored my faith
