My taco had NO meat or very little for $1.69 come on. Taco shell was stale. Bean burrito was also poorly made.Food: 1/5
Just stopped by Taco Belle/KFC on our way out of town and it was great. The drive through was the only thing open because they were remodeling and it was a little busy but they still got our food out to us pretty quick and got everything right! The customer service was awesome, and food was delicious. Not sure the name of the guy that helped us, but he was awesome. Gave us the perfect amount of sauce! Really nice guy. Probably one of the best Taco Belle's I've been to.
I stopped in for a late lunch, almost 3 o'clock. I ordered two 1.29 burritos, and ended up waiting nearly TWENTY minutes for those two burritos, All of the employees seemed to be moving in slow motion, nobody was in much of a hurry to do anything, even with customers waiting. Furthermore, there was only ONE customer inside who was ahead of me.... The dining room looked run down and dingy. When I finally got my food, I was given a half - hearted "sorry about the wait". One of the worst experiences I can remember having in a fast food joint. I won't be going back there any time soon.
They never have things ready in a timely fashion. I've had to wait 45+ minutes for my order several times over, getting stuck in the drive thru because of how it's been set up.
Staff needs more training. Slow at counter, extremely slow at getting orders out. Manager talks down to/yells at other staff.Food: 3/5
They have the widest variety of all the fast food in PA. That alone makes it great plus the food is usually well cooked. The only negative that I know of is the wait time.Food: 4/5
I'm still sitting here waiting for my food as 4 people in back walking around doing nothing. Cashier keeps walking in back asking can somebody get her order and then they walk towards front n then to the back. This is the worse establishment I've ever been to. Manager/owner should be ashamed of this Taco Bell. Worse one I have ever been to.
Could have done my taxes waiting in line. AND they got my order all wrong! I didn't notice until I was already home. AND they didn't give me a receipt or ask me if I wanted one. TERRIBLE service. Food was just mediocre.
Worst experience ever. Food we ordered took so long and service was terrible. While we were sitting waiting on our food employees were cursing and complaining about doing there job. Never will eat there again.
Waited in line for 45 minutes. New staff is extremely slow. And not responsive when you want to place your order. I had to ask for someone to take my order after waiting for 5 minutes.
