How is this place still in business? The place has always been a joke but figured by now they would have their act together. They are very slow and it's not cause they're short staffed. They have been slow from the get go. Went there tonight and my order was missing items I paid extra for, after reading reviews I found out this is pretty common. The chicken was old and dried up. Everyone local needs to stop going to this place. They can't survive on tourest season alone. Let's not forget the drug addicted staff who are so loaded that they can't even form a sentence.
Was out of everything we tried to order!! The app wasn't working to preorder any food. The regular $20 chicken meal bucket is now $35!!! And it's NEVER fresh. The taco Bell products offered was definitely not fresh and not worth the inflated prices.Food: 1/5
Unfortunately for this KFC, they are in remodeling, so the drive thru is the only way to get your food. We had ordered online a Quick Pickup for 6:13, but didn't get up to the drive thru window until 7pm and they didn't have our order ready. They also forgot to include our drink in our large order. I'm sure this place will improve with the remodel, but it was a terribly long wait and they missed a part of our order. I won't be going back.
I have never had a good experience at this establishment. I door dash as a second job and and I have never gotten through the drive thru in less then 45 mins. There have been times that it took me over an hour to get the order. I do not recommend going here for KFC or Taco Bell. Also they are constantly out of items that my customers have ordered as a result I have had to call and disappoint the customer and ask them if they wanted to substitute for another item. I personally will no longer take orders from this restaurant
Slow slow slow slow does not describe this place. With two cars in front of me it took 14 minutes to get a simple chicken sandwich. The kicker was the fat female manager with her smug grin and condescending attitude. Nothing says “I’m proud of being an idiot” like failing at the drive through at KFC.
The Colonels chickens are about the size of Cornish game hens nowdays and the white meat I asked for looked exactly like a leg and a thigh! The coleslaw was, although tiny, the only thing that tastes the same. Oh, and the little bag of honey was good too. For over 10 bucks I was very disappointed. They are currently under construction so only the drive thru is open.
I like KFC like the next person. The food is always hot t, but the only downside that I can see is the wait time in the drive thru.Food: 3/5
I have heard every excuse in the book why they have no extra crispy chicken. Tonight the reason was the extra crisp fryer is down but, they can sub extra crispy tenders‍ any who after an 45 min wait in drive through, I get home 30 miles away and I have someone else's order. Missing kids meal for my grand child. Oh to top it off they didn't put cap on correctly for bagged soda, so pepsi is now being scrubbed out of my car. Never again. I tried calling and no answer.
Slow, slow, slow! My wife and I stopped here on our way out of town, as we were hungry. Their lobby was out of commission, for reasons described as being maintenance-related. Unexpected, but no problem, right? So we used the drive-thru but it was crazy slow: about 10 mins per car. They seemed really understaffed. All told, it was about 45 mins to get the food, and this wasn't at any meal rush hour. Slowest fast food experience I ever had. The fries came out cold, too.
Friendly staff. Order was completed fairly quick. Chicken pieces are so small. The thighs are the size of their chicken wings. Drum sticks look like they came off a Cornish game hen. Maybe they’re getting Cornish game hens now instead of chicken?
