Taco Bell

Asked for no sour cream like 4 times since i had to repeat myself that many times. I understand how busy it can be but there was just me and another person. Doordash i get can be hectic. But why make the people that want to go to the physical store suffer? Just please have someone that cares and respects customers.

Just spent $40 on a bag of trash!!! Never will I patronize this establishment again. I was hoping that due to the location, I was in for some decent "food" but NONE of my food was hot, all looks pre-made and tatses that way also. Taco Hell has lost me FOREVER!! THANKS

Went there last night and the service is beyond pitiful. You can tell they are angry that you're even there from the get go. I understand the service industry is tough and short staffed I've worked it myself until recently. However if the stress of it all is causing the employees to act this way then the best choice is to just close the doors until the proper help and resources are made available to run this enterprise effectively. Until then steer clear folks.

I place large group orders for employees quite often & this location never makes a mistake. Order is accurate, service is very quick & employees are always friendly. Fast food service is usually a struggle everywhere but this location is really awesome.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They most likely "won't be taking any orders at the moment" anyway. On the off chance they are taking orders you might be restricted to a set number of items you can order. 4 - 6 items tends to be the range and we're not talking meals we're talking ITEMS. For example 3 tacos and a drink meal #1 is 4 items... If you really want Taco Bell drive 5 min down the road to a different Taco Bell.

This store looks new and is located near a popular shopping area, but it's the WORST Taco Bell around. Drive a few minutes to a different one until they get new management. I'm so sick of trying to order at the drive thru here. When they greet you and ask for your order someone else interrupts you to tell you to order inside with the kiosk instead. This is a dirty trick to fudge their numbers that get sent to corporate at the customer's inconvenience.

Edit: this used to be the better location. Definitely not lately. I haven't received any drinks ordered with my deliveries in months. Not every delivery driver forgets the drinks. So they are clearly not being given them to begin with. Ask for certain sauces. Either never get them or somehow get wrong ones. I would say orders are correct only 20% of the time and that's being generous. When you go to the store instead of delivery they are rude. Cut you off. Don't want you to even be there. Stuff like that. Think i am done. Hit or miss honestly at this location. Sometimes good sometimes bad. In everything. One time you could hear an employee screaming in the background near the person who was the order taker complaining about our entire order, and then some was missing or not correct. Had he spent more time listening and doing instead of being upset that we decided to stop in, maybe it would have been better. Othertimes we have the most pleasant service and food that looks like the picture. And those times are great.

My friend placed a mobile order. We had a 15 minute drive, from where we were. We had to wait for 6 minutes when we got there. My 3 hard shelled tacos were soggy and ripped at the bottom and the upper crispy parts were all cracked. Just use the drive thru. Save yourself the headaches!

Good quality food. Does not often get the order correct however. Forgot my mothers entire order and we ended up with less food then what we payed for. Regardless if it is busy get the order correct.

Taco Bell used to be way better than it is today. The tortillas used to be so much thinner, and the fillings more generous. They've also eliminated some of their ingredients and toppings.Food: 3/5
