Usually pretty good service. Prepare for a long drive through wait almost anytime of the day

Took my family out for dinner after a concert we ordered $47 worth of food and nothing of it was right. Ask to speak with a manager who met us at the back door and told us they would have to give us a credit because they don't do any refunds and they refuse to fix the mistakes. Great food but why $.10 per bag. No other fast food restaurant does it. I understand grocery stores doing it.

y'all forgot a good amount of our food and the legit main part one of the meals. GET GOOD OR SHUT DOWN

K1 is a favorite of mine! 2 pieces of chicken I prefer original recipe, cole slaw substituted for mashed potato, biscuit, drink & cookie for $5. Wow!

Every time without fail the lobby is closed so the drivethru wraps around the building.

Usually decent food from here, not sure if they we’re having an off day or what. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil, and had an awful after taste. I’d probably still go back, because like I said, that’s not the norm for them.

Awful. They've got a 50/50 chance to get a basic order correct. God help you if you want them to hold the sour cream.

It's Taco bell....they got our orders right and the food didn't kill us....it's a win win
