I've never known a slower more inept McDonald's restaurant in all my time, really disappointed. The coffee machine not working not their fault but 6 staff to serve 1 order/customer every 9-11 minutes is beyond a joke. KFC is just up the Rd, personally next time I will definitely be going there instead! Parking: Click and collect spots not available but considering the poor service in the restaurant I would probably draw my pension quicker and I'm only 48!!

I love it! Enjoyed there, wide place with good atmosphere inside. The taste almost the same as the rest. First time I tried to get Huge big MC. Have also big park outside. Drive through is there as well. I recommend it to eat and try. I believe this the only Macdonald's on Bangor.Food: 5/5
I visited Saturday 29th April morning about 10:30. I’ve been to a fair few McDonalds in my time but this one takes the biscuit!! 16 minutes for a double sausage and egg MC muffin. Dylan - the guy at the counter bagging food couldn’t be slower even if he tried! Staff at sixes and sevens, not a clue, management taking no control. Utterly appalling.
Drive'thru was slow , took about 10 minutes to order. But once ordered food all correct and taste good. Had to wait in car park to be brought out for 7 minutes.Food: 5/5
Flipping awful, food was cold and incorrect. Staff was nice enough but it was just chaos nobody knew what they was doing. I stated no fresh onions and I still got fresh onions they even put a sticker on ‍ I don't know why we bother eating here.
Well Placed, but it has long lines and it gets on my nerves. Time to time I see hairs on my fries but I just get rid of the fries It contaminated.
The worst Mac Donald’s in the UK. Waiting times are the highest. Food is the poorest. Whilst most staff are clearly trying their best they have no chance really when you look at the managerial staff; who are unkept, rude, loud and have dirty hair that is loose and swings around all the food. Not to mention the her managers attitude. I say manager I’m guessing she was because she was in a white shirt with a name badge, however upon asking she refused to reveal her name or name badge. Whatever! We waited and waited patiently as the place was busy but when we asked about our order and the fact we thought we had been forgotten yes it was that long we were quizzed and spoken to derogatory. I would never visit this place again especially as it’s surrounded by other fast food restaurants. Make some changes and promote the smiling staff with tidy hair and remove the people that are letting this place down. Never experienced such a bad Mac Donald’s to be honest
Food is alright, not the best. Delivery times vary alot. One time it took about 2 hours, whereas today it took about 20mins. Chips are usually cold and unsalted. Sauces are very given. Not once. However they do get all the food and drink correct.
The fries I ordered with my meal were cold. I'd travelled a long way and I stopped in Bangor for a hot meal. Big mistakeFood: 2/5
