Stopped here to get some food before hitting the road for a long drive. Since it wasn't busy, I decided to go inside so I could order and use the restroom before getting on the road. When I went to order, the person working up front told me to use the kiosk to place my order. I mentioned I was in a hurry and would rather order at the counter to speed up the process. He then said again that I would need to use the kiosk if I wanted to order and refused to take my order. Will avoid this location going forward.
Two times in the past have I gone and it’s been closed in the morning the app stated 9 am. I arrived only to find it still closed and a older white lady employee smoking a cigarette in the front was kind of disappointed cause I like their breakfast told my self I wouldn’t go back cause they don’t take that location serious, and I don’t really make reviews just today made me want to make one. And after today I will definitely not be going back i was hungry and decided to give them a shot again , I feel like most the workers at this location use stimulants cause they never get anything right I don’t feel they are dumb they are just high and I will provide my proof I ordered some Doritos locos tacos and a quesadilla, the quesadilla was a 2 out of 5 and the tacos were a negative -2 out of positive 5 and vegan cause I didn’t really see meat if you guys don’t got any let me swing to Safeway so you guys can make them with meat if you don’t got meat recommend to spend your money else where McDonalds down the block is the move next time they actually listen and give effort something I haven’t ever seen from this Taco Bell location
Cons: I ordered the quesadilla and mexican pizza combo. I ended up waiting in line for my order for almost 30 minutes. When I received my food my drinks weren't even filled up, the taco beef meat was very dry and my cinnamon twist bag literally only had 6 twist in the bag. I'd have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have come across. The beef was very disgusting!! I don't think I'll be going back to this location again. Pros: The only reason why I didn't give just the one star is because the gentleman at the window was at least nice.
Best Taco Bell in America. I would give it 10 if I could. They're a little slow, but what Taco Bell isn't slow on the food prep, you know? The people are super nice and the food always comes out so fresh. The lobby is closed too, but that doesn't affect the service at all. Definitely recommend the burritos.
Leaving this review due to the amount of times I've now had this happen. Today was the fourth time I showed up before 11 am, ordered breakfast, and then was told they weren't serving breakfast because they "ran out" of the breakfast they had prepared that morning. Taco Bell's all across this state serve breakfast until 11 am. Not until they "run out" absolutely tired of wasting my time going there in the morning only to be told I'm Sol. To add insult to injury, this location doesn't even open until 10 and yet they can never serve breakfast for the entire duration of the one hour they serve breakfast.
Edit 11/6 Still has to be one of the worst Taco bell locations. The staffing is Terrible. They seem to constantly be missing items. What a joke. Get a better manager. This is it...the chicken quesadilla, normally I order it with amazing cinnamon twists, but they are 90% never in the bag. A whole lot of disappointment...
Went through drive through to get dinner 3 chicken power bowls. Like we do each week but tonight told there was a max of only two. Cashier was loud and not helpful. Went to TacoTime.
I have to say my last visit was amazing i even tip the cashier guy chubby guy he was amazing he deserves a raise i even tip him my self $5 dollars because the way he greet me was the best in any place i have been that is fast food he helped me out and guide me for what i was searching on the menu i gotta say i wanna comeback here everytime he is working best taco bell snohomish have ever had he needs to be a manager or get a raise just saying great job my dude! Keep it up.
TL;DR: This location used to be awesome... This Taco Bell has really gone down hill. Some of the things that this location does now would not have happened under the old manager Edina. First off, the open sign is like never on anymore. This location closes about 1-2 hours earlier than it used to. The lobby being open is hit or miss. There needs to be consistency with this location! Open at the same time every day, TURN YOUR 'OPEN' sign on, open your lobby up and keep it consistent, when someone asks for a chalupa make sure it's fresh or at least hot! When someone has a large order you should not make excuses to avoid that order. They used to make five taco 12 packs on the fly and now they say they can't do that anymore I understand why to a point but this is a business. You may think I'm being harsh but this is exactly how Edina and Deanna used to the run the store. They CARED. They ran that store like it should be run, they were the best Taco Bell at one time, in competition with Broadway and Lake Stevens. How do I know? I used to work at this location 7 years ago. Corporate needs to take a look into why this location has gone downhill the way it has. This store used to be awesome. I don't want to blame the current manager because it's been like this for a couple years. The current manager is new and I understand he's probably learning the ropes but still, this store needs to get some serious attention from higher ups or everyone is going to start going to other locations...or other restaurants all together. There's six other fast food places on Ave D. Please start running this store the way it used to. Other than that, the food is still good here I just think you need to revive the store.
Don't order delivery here! No tablet to shut off orders, so they just stop filling orders, telling the driver there's no pickup after driving to this location. Employees are nice enough, but I'm not gonna dispatch to this location anymore. Try the Evergreen location; they rock!
