I ordered a Whopper meal with no tomatoes or pickles and 2 bottom buns. I was told that it was not going to happen unless I paid $2.00 extra for the bottom buns. I thought there slogan was have it your way.
Never had a bad experience, they always remember my sauce and if something does happen to come up they've always done something to make up for it.
Great customer service, But you might not get what you ordered, 3 times I just wanted a regular whopper but was given , whopper with cheese..
I've been going to this burger King for about 10 years now. I think my order has been right 3 times. Its always wrong. If I really want burger King, I drive to silver lake. I shouldn't have to leave the town I live in for dinner to go to the exact same place in another town.
