I would never call any other plumbing company. They are quick to come out to the house. Very efficient and reliable, the best family business.

I just asked for an estimate and the guy was very nice helped me find what number my tank was and did a great job as a service tech. All and all I'd say it was a good call

The work done was decent and the plumbers were all right. They left a bit of a mess behind didn't clean up the junk left from cutting holes in drywall, the bits of pipe left behind but weren't rude or dirty. The work the men did seems to be decent. It was, however, a rather high bill for the work done. But the owner of Taber Temp is what really earns this business a single star rating. I might have given them 3 stars if it hadn't been for Darcy. First we had a slight disagreement about returning a spare part we didn't end up needing and didn't want to charge the mortgage company for. I wanted a new receipt without the extra item to submit to the mortgage company. Then when we another disagreement when the job was finished, Darcy was verbally abusive towards me a woman on the phone, calling myself and my husband crooks, among other names, for insisting on an adjusted invoice without mileage/service charges when a weld didn't hold within the first 24 hours. He yelled into the phone, spoke over me so I couldn't explain myself, and then hung up when I asked him to speak to my husband. We felt we had been polite, respectful, and fair. We were treated with contempt and rudeness in return. Darcy then expected us to pay interest charges when we paid the invoice late! He hadn't sent us an adjusted one despite telling my husband a month previously that he would. All in all, the interpersonal experiences far outweighed the work done. We do not recommend this company for noncommercial jobs.

Whatever lady answered the phone was very very rude. Wouldn't recommend. i believe it was the answering service. should take more responsibility as a company too. strongly don't recommend... i suggest rustys.
