IGA Taber

I think this was first time here since it was renovated. Came on to check the bakery for a little something for a family that moved to Taber recently. The variety of cakes was quite surprising. Was able to find something suitable. And the store is much more spacious now.

Of course 5 stars. When u walk into a grocery outlet you expect it to be clean, with several choices, fresh baked goods, busy but friendly staff with the shelf’s stocked. IGA hit all these points.nnI don’t think anyone needs to see my review to believe it as this IGA was busy so I can only assume everyone in Taber knows just how good this store is. That said if your passing by stop in as I am sure you will be as pleased as I was.nnO one last thing, not every IGA is the same they are locally operated owned and I have seen some stores like this that don’t even come close. Whatever this store is doing they only need to keep it up.

Absolutely terrible experience. The cashier, Becca, didn’t greet me, didn’t ask for my SIN number, and didn’t even tell me the total. Very unprofessional service. Won’t be coming back.

Quick trip, no complaints. I will definitely shop here again in the future.

Has all the things you expect a small town grocery store to have. The best part of going here is the cashier's, they are always in great moods, cheerful and talkative, I do not think I have every seen one of them not smiling and striking up conversations with customers as they are putting their groceries through. Same goes for the rest of the staff there, I have no complaints, I just do not deal one on one with many of them when I am there.
