Our furnace stopped working late Friday night on one of the coldest nights in recent history. We called T-Mark around 7AM Saturday morning and left a message. They promptly returned our call and within a few hours their technician Jeff arrived. He quickly identified the problem — a seized motor — and was able to locate a replacement. He then left to pick up the part and returned to our house. Our furnace was working again by noon. We were very impressed with Jeff’s knowledge, efficiency and friendliness. We are thankful to have been in such capable hands. We highly recommend T-Mark and will call them if we have any heating or plumbing issues in the future.

Great experience working with T-Mark plumbing again today. Had our new toilet & Toto washlet installed today by Mike. He did a great job getting the new system set up as well as getting the old toilet out. Efficient & very knowledgeable about the toilet install. Definitely will be using them in the future for any other plumbing jobs.

My furnace was installed five years ago, since then I've had to have the ignition switch changed twice by the same company who installed the furnace. I decided to call a different company Jeff from T-Mark came out and was extremely helpful and pleasant and I now have heat. This company also installed my beautiful walk-in shower. These guys are friendly, efficient and most of all...they know what they are doing!

The technician, Jeff, did a great job on our heating tube-up. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was polite, took care in putting everything back and got our 29 year old furnace running again. Thanks, Jeff and T-Mark.
