My experience with Roy's Plumbing was positive starting from my first contact with them. My appointment was scheduled after a few questions pertaining to the service I needed. I received a follow-up email to confirm my appointment and outline what to expect from Roy's. On the morning of the appointment I received another email letting me know that my technician was on his way. The email included a picture and brief bio of the person who would be coming out. My technician, Matt, was very personable and competent. After Matt took a look of the service I needed, he prepared an estimate for my acceptance. Matt got to work immediately and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend Roy's Plumbing.

Jeff was great! Everything organized and explained. The company communicates very effectively- the emails even give you a bio on whose coming. The resulting installation was of high quality. I will definitely have this team back again!

Jeff came to my home right on time . He looked very professional and ready to work.He went over my furnace with a fine tooth comb and gave it a great tune up. I feel comfortable that I will have good heat for the rest of the cold season. I would definitely ask for him next year, and would recommend him to anyone that needs help good job!!

I am extremely satisfied with Roy’s. My hot water tank decided to stop working on Sunday. Luckily Roy’s was open and when I called for service Matt came over within 30 minutes to replace. Thank you for the awesome customer seeing. Excellent customer service.
