I requested a service due to a short circuit. When the tech arrived I told him the switch is off and I can not switch it on as it will not stay. He told me it should be pushed all the way to the other side then back to the on position and this is what he did. The charge was $97 after he consulted with the office. I agree no one should work for free, but still charging full fee as diagnostic is not appropriate in my opinion, and I will not call them again.
