Absolutely terrible customer service. My fiancé and I called Wade to come out and look at our heating system (we've had 900$ power bills in the winter when running this system).
We were genuinely looking forward to having a professional come out and determine what the problem was. Upon Wades arrival my fiancé greeted him by telling him how grateful he was that he was here - Wade responded in an aggressive manner with a "you know it's a 2 hour minimum, right? 187.50". Well of course we didn't expect to call someone out for free, but we told him that he failed to mention that on the phone. Without hesitation or conversation Wade got back into his vehicle and told my fiancé that we "wasted his time" and thanked us for "making him drive out here for nothing".
We feel that Wade completely discriminated against my fiancé for looking young, when in fact he is 33. A simple conversation would have remedied the situation and he would have left with a paid job, but Wade demonstrated a total lack in communication skills. If we can pay 900$ bimonthly to heat our home we definitely don't mind paying someone a small fraction of that to save us money in the future.
We are very disappointed and this has left an incredibly negative view of his company with us. We will be sure to not recommend his services to anyone.

Amazing job from the owner of BMR Electric. Would recommend him to anyone! Great pricing and awesome communication making sure i knew what needed to be done. 200 Amp Panel looks great! Thank you very much

Wade the owner at BMR Electric was absolutely great to deal with. It's a pleasure doing business with good local contractors in Halifax.
