Went online and bought an ounce of weed $130 payment went through great. I get there I'm told they don't have it, it’s not in stock. Why was it online if it’s not in stock you ask, I have no clue. I say thats fine I’ll get something else. Lady at the front goes it’ll be $118, as in I have to pay again instead of just refunding the difference. I tell her Im not going to pay again and just refund the difference she says no can’t do it, she calls the manager and I guess he says that he’ll process a full refund and that it will be 2-3 business days for it to return to me. They took my $130 for an ounce that wasn’t even there to begin with then wouldn’t just offer a partial refund for a cheaper ounce so now Im SOL for the next 2-3 business days and its god damned Friday tomorrow. Honestly at this point it feels like they’re re trying to push people to buy from Borderland

If I could give this place no stars I would.nAbsolutely horrible customer service and the “delivery” is a joke.nThey never have anything in stock that’s on the website. If they have to give you a refund because of their mistake it takes almost a week. My sister still hasn’t gotten her refund actually. Borderland is a great place to order from. I would order from there if you actually want to receive your order.
iv been snarled at several times by the same person. Not going there again. Borderland bud is where its at , they have the friendliest customer service ever and They are so helpful and don't roll their eyes at questions even if they are dumb questions.
This store has zero accessories. Hard to believe a store sells marijuana but nothing to smoke it with. Store manager said he’s been trying to order in accessories since before May long weekend. Upper management doesn’t seem to be taking anything seriously at this Fort Frances location. Sucks that the employees at the store have to be the faces for upper managements laziness, and lack of effort to keep returning customers happy. The budtenders working in the store are all fantastic, but upper management needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat employees, and how to retain customers. Should be a one stop shop, not come buy weed and then have to find the next pot store to buy a pipe to smoke it. Would much rather just go to the store a block away where I can buy everything all at once and not be forced to make a second stop else where. Budtenders 10/10, upper management 0/100. Give your heads a shake. You’re in customer service, you should be making it a priority to do everything you can to retain customers. Also seems to be a new employee every time I visit this location, that on its own shows me just how poor this company is treating its staff as well. Highest turn over rate of employees I’ve seen in 30 years of living in Fort Frances.
