From the Grind Up is a Licensed café located in beautiful downtown Fort Frances, Ontario.
We currently offer free WiFi, breakfast items,lunch items,homemade baked goods drip coffee,full espresso bar,loose leaf tea, beer,wine,and an urban atmosphere. We are open days but often have evening events which we post on our Facebook page. Local artists are showcased in the café as well.
