Great service and very fair prices. Siva and staff provide a friendly service I had an exhaust leak and they fixed my vehicle in a day!

I am bring all my whichal here for repair. They listen you and get work done accordingly. Thanks for good service.

Edit after 2 years: I still go to this place. Garage owner is very nice and fair to the customers and he's getting tons of business in recent times. Word of mouth flies. Only obstacle is that he doesn't fix/service car electronics that much.  My friend goes to them and he said good stuff which is why I went there. From my perspective, they only lack in electronics. Otherwise, regular mechanical service is very good.  They are low on manpower, so depending on what time you go there may determine your experience.

Had an exhaust leak on a Saturday. This shop booked me in same day to replace a gasket! Great pricing and friendly staff!

We were from Boston, and got stranded in Ottawa when our water pump broke in our BMW X5.  Siva was great.  It was on a saturday and no dealership can work on my car but Siva got the parts same day and did the job same day.  Everything worked greatly.  We owe him a lot for getting us back to Boston with new water pump installed all in a day.  Highly recommend him  for reliable and dependable work.

I recently repaired the brake system of a Nissan 3.5 Altima car at T and K Auto Service at 41 Cleopatra Drive. My thumbs-up! I am very happy with what Siva did for my car. Siva is a very trustworthy and resourceful person. He knows what he is doing and what he needs to do to fix problems. I did not know Siva before. I feel that his price is low, but his job done is first-class.  Thanks Siva for investing extra parts and more labor than what I paid to trouble-shoot, test, tune and fix the problems of my car.  I would be more than willing to recommend Siva to my friends and my colleagues.

Horrible service.  Even if you make an appointment they don't honor it. I initially went multiple times before they actually worked on my vehicle. The only reason I agreed for them to work on my vehicle is because a friend referred them. They installed the part incorrectly and they wouldn't fix it or reimburse me my $$. tried calling multiple times to the point where the owner was screening my calls. BEWARE of this garage!!! I opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond to any of their contact attempts. I took my vehicle to another garage and it was taken care of within 30 min. Stay away from these guys!!!

I dont know why is Bhushh B is talking about price.  I found the price is cheaper than other mechanics.  Every time i goes there i got friendly and faster service and cheaper than other garage.  I know him more than 10years never had any issue after the any service done.  Other garage rip you off and asked you to change this that to make money but he will give you advice and try to save you money.  I like the service and money it is worth it.

I am a regular customer with T & K auto service for any kind of repair works to my car since long time. So, far, I don't have any complaints at all through his repair works or his best advices on my car "what should be done and shouldn't be done for keeping good condition through driving on the road anytime. From my point of view, I will recommend to anyone now regarding any kind of car related problems or buying and selling old cars. If you need to talk to him anytime then please call above mentioned the phone number listed. you can go see him face to face at his place during business hours. Finally, I want to tell you guys one last thing, l was shopping around few shops before and I found out the T&K auto service gave me a best price with  the amazing jobs to my cars so far.
