Friendly and personable. I frequent this location due to the level of service that I get from the staff. My most recent visit was today where I was helped by Avery and another associate whom I didn't get his name. I was in a tight spot and needed some help and they ensured that I was accommodated accordingly. Give them a visit!
Accidentally got myself on a turning lane near this location. On a green light & busy road a company pickup completely stopped to let me return to my intended lane. You don't see that kind of patience and generosity anymore. I suspect this location reflects the actions of the driver.
Reserved a part online that they were showing one of in stock and never recieved the call stating whether or not they had it. Went elsewhere since a simple phone call is obviously too much trouble for them.

Judy went above and beyond by offering to look and finding an out of stock item at a different store within driving distance. It was coolant for my Audi and I really needed it. This store always has great service.
It’s the little things that speak volumes. Called 2 minutes before closing and Jake I believe answered the phone extremely friendly as if it was the start of his shift and gave me the advice I needed. Thanks Jake.
Staff are not friendly , didn’t like the way they deal and didn’t buy from them . My recommendation is to train staff to be friendly with customers.
Great service and very knowledgeable. Always have what I need and even helped with installing a wind shield wiper. Speedy customer service! Will be back at this location even though I live in the east end
Everytime I have gone in there the customer service has been amazing!! Even for the simple things; key cutting or windshield wiper replacements etc. Quick to find answers for you, if they don't already know the answer they usually do. Plus, I love that they go the extra mile. E.g., came out of the store to help me get my old wiper blade off- when they noticed I was fighting with it. Thank you! I will be back!
