Arrived in town to celebrate our anniversary. Did a Google search and discovered Symposium Cafe. Left the hotel and arrived a few minutes later. What a special evening in an intriguing setting. We chose the Dinner for Two where each could make their own menus selection. Nice presentation and great flavour. Shared a wonderful carrot cake dessert. All included - salad, beverage, mains and dessert. The value was terrific. And very attentive servers. We will be back.

Great service, excellent selection! There is something for everyone at Symposium. The atmosphere is beautiful. Food is always great!

Was in Lindsey today for lunch and wound up here and had a great experience. 
The food was excellent, had the California chicken sandwich, highly recommend. And the service was polite, on time and couldn't have been better. 
Will return and will highly recommend.

Have come in a couple of times and its always pleasant. Love their monday specials, burgers and beer!!! The staff are always pleasant, the servers are knowledgeable with the menus, and I always leave full. Very nice to go on dates to.

Excellent place for breakfast. Go for 11 so you can have a mimosa. Very friendly service as well.
