Dr. Symonds is amazing. His clinic is ship-shape. They put through 120 people a day. Barring non-patients from the office keeps germs and virus chances down. I had an eye infection from a virus that caused me to go blind in 1 eye for 6 weeks. Others with serious eye surgeries need to come to his office and feel safe. When you loose your sight you understand the reasons that things must be kept very sterile and each station must be cleaned carefully each use. They saw me on the day before New Year's eve as an extra patient from the Emergency Room at the end of their busy day and week. Thank you for giving me hope that I was not to loose my eye. It is almost 100% again!

I'm positive Doctor Symonds is a great specialist. But... I drove my husband from Sussex to his Rothesay office, and I asked the receptionist if I could use the washroom. She said, and I quote, "patients only, you cannot use the washroom " . I don't think that's right. Only my opinion.
