Been waiting on a referral that was sent 2 years ago just to find out today from my own digging that she is retired . Now my dr has to send a whole new referral to someone else which means another 2 year wait
Dr Baxter retired. Tried calling for a month. Would have been nice if they had changed their voice mail to let us know.
I am rating her 1 because Inwas referred to her on Sept 2 2020 after suffering extreme atopic dermatitis aka eczema where nothing is helping. I have patiently waited 2 yrs - I called my family dr today only to find out that little miss Kathy baxter has retired. Why have I not received some sort of notice saying say and that I will be referred elsewhere? She obviously doesn't care as she is retired but that is beyond pathetic. I now have to wait for god knows how long to be referred again and my skin has been broke out head to toe for the last yr. Nothing I do helps.
The referral took a few months after which I got to meet her, but it was definitely worth the wait. She is the 7th doctor I have met for my psoriasis over 5 years but the treatment she gave actually worked and helped me control the flare-ups.
I am very impressed with Dr. Baxter. She is very professional and knowledgeable. With over 2000 types of skin disease, identifying the problem is no easy task but she was able to. I was there for a serious matter so I don't expect to be babied and coddled and I would definitely recommend her to others. Thank you Dr. Baxter.
Have been trying to get through to see if I can become a patient. Unfortunately they never answer and the voice mailbox is always full.
My grandmother's doctor told her Dr Baxter is retired!
I was really impressed by how kind she was despite her reviews. I found her knowledgeable, caring and personable. I would definitely recommend her.
