The campground is crowded with almost no space between sites. I wouldn't camp here. However, the park is amazing! There is a terrific playground, lots of grassy space, picnic tables and shelter everywhere, a grandstand for events, two volleyball courts, and two fishing ponds that are locally stocked with trout. On Saturday mornings in the Summer there is an Amish farmers' market in the parking lot, and the town is small enough that it's within walking distance of just about everything.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to have a family reunion or gathering. Beautiful Trail for biking. Lanesboro is a wonderful quaint City.

Love this park. Wish it still had the big slides and big swing set though. Kids use it for recess since the school is so close.

We found plenty of space, quiet, and great price. Super simple and easy going. Less than a mile to bike trail access.

Two nice ponds, camping for both tents and camper rigs, clean showers, and within walking distance from downtown. Trout fishing is possible in the ponds, as the DNR stocks them each spring.
