When I needed urgent help to obtain car insurance as instantly as possible before retrieving my old Range Rover from storage for a 2-week family road trip to BC, and my old provider could not provide the service on time, Hanif Hasham, agent with Sylvain Crocq Desjardins, who came warmly recommended, was not only kindly understanding but extremely efficient in having a policy issued to me within 45 min, late on a Friday afternoon. When I called, I dealt with Hanif Hasham, and my experience was excellent. Hanif was super friendly, professional, and helpful. And even though I had to be passed off to Billing to handle my inquiry, I appreciated the follow-up call I received from Hanif to confirm I got what I needed.
I don’t usually right reviews , but Dawn Freisen deserves recognition and my only reason for not leaving desjardin is because of her prompt service, her kindness and her eagerness to help in any situation to make you feel like a valued customer . I had two vehicles damaged in a hit and run recently . Dealing with claims advisor was not the best or even close to what I expected as a long time Client with multiple policies . I was very eager to pull everything and move , due to a vehicle written off and desjardin making me feel like I am at loss for an accident caused by someone else , this left me very upset and wanting to move companies but Dawn had gone over and beyond to help through this tough situation . Did things the claims advisors are to do , she took it upon herself to get things going promptly and make it less stressful for us . Dawn is excellent at what she does , will return or answer calls always, and will always find the best solution . I. Can not thank her enough for making this crazy situation a bit easier to deal with . Something the claims advisors were not able to do or even return calls . My reason for being with desjardin is because of Dawn. Thank you Dawn for all the work you do for us . Taghrid
I had a car accident and thankfully Jun Caubalejo answered the call, he is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable in insurance policy. I will not hesitate to look for him if I need advise about insurance.
