My claim was very complicated and still is. I dealt with Tricia Martenson and she has been Amazing! From the very beginning I had problems with the people who did the damage and then again with the body shop and she kept me sane. Highly Recommended!
Had to constantly keep calling them back, sending emails, kept getting lied to about the status of my claim, took months for something that should have taken a week or two. Only finally started getting service when I mentioned if I had to get a lawyer involved. Do not recommend them to anyone
Very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Highly recommended!
