Swiss Vienna Patisserie

One my favourite pastry and delicatessen shops. I've enjoyed their wares for over thirty years. The breads, meats and cheeses are delicious. The desserts are scrumptious and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful European deli.

Don't go to this place expecting a quality bistro dining experience. The food service is a bit of an afterthought. The only item I would regularly purchase are the paninis which are a fair price and good food to eat on the go. The bakery is nice, however you should order in advance if you want something specific. Other than that, standard prices for a variety of "euro" food items that can be hard to find elsewhere. I've never had a bad experience, but nothing outstanding either.

Been there twice. First time, the food was nothing special and the prices don't reflect the quality in my opinion. Service was below par. So I gave it another shot and went again. We were 3 people and spent $30 for breakfast. Again, food was nothing special and for the price I paid, does not make sense. Will not be going for a third time

I ordered a 10" Vanilla cake for New Years (2017) eve. It was horrible. I tried to call the shop but they are closed for New Years day. I will definitely take the cake back to shop for a refund. Even if they return my money my New Years eve was spolied. I will never order a cake from them again.....Horrible experience

The best secret in town here is that you can buy fresh yeast--for a great price--and use it to make gourmet cakes, pastries and beverages at home; fresh yeast is really hard to find. Buy some and check online for recipes (fresh yeast gives food a lovely floral taste--totally worth it if you are a foodie). This place has a fairly wide selection of Western European food products and a delectable selection of cakes and pastries. Sandwiches and fast lunches available in the front. You can get service in French, English and German.
