Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

The food is consistent, hot, and arrives quickly. Initial service was a little slow when we were there, and if you're seated next to the entrance to the kitchen you get to hear what the young staff really think of many topics, including customers. Careful kids, or 'brah'.

Everything was served as ordered and the portions were good. When I had ordered online before the portions seemed much smaller. So I would deffinetely recommend eating in.

Service is slow and once you get to order your food is cold. So if you have time to waste go there.

Food is consistent, and service is good. On one occasion I had to wait about an hour for order to come. They were short staffed. Love the roast beef dinners.

Have order a few times with hopes of a hot meal, but have gotten stone cold chicken with stale buns the past 2 times. The delivery driver on the last order did not care when I pointed out the bag was cold, he simply walked away. Don't order delivery from this place.
