Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Food good as usual, but drive through wait unacceptable. It seems they have a new system where they get as many cars as possible to place their orders, then they hold them all in line until they have all their orders ready on the counter. Then 5-6 cars quickly flush through -- but not before the poor sap in front has waited the better part of 20 minutes. Cars behind the waiting cars wait a long time to order, then the next flurry of orders is quickly taken before they become the cars waiting for their orders. Longest drive through line wait of my life! Was acceptable once. Won't come back until they abandon this new procedure.

Typical Swiss chalet. Our server Yan was a really great guy and did an amazing job. I would have given a 4 ⭐️ if the restaurant was a bit cleaner and there hadn’t been something in my cousins drink. Speedy food arrival.

It was fine except I believe they should remove the Cesar Salad from the menu. I ordered one before dinner and was surprised to find it now comes Bacon Free? The server had no explanation and I sent it back however I did pay for it and I did tip the young lady who served us our dinner. It was disappointing and when ordering the customer isn't informed.

Always happy with Swiss Chalet, love their food. Happened to be sitting in not the greatest spot as the heat was blasting and we didn't address it early enough so we were all cooking hot. Other than that the usual Swiss Chalet experience.
