Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Our hockey team had an amazing experience at Swiss Chalet today! We arrived with a big group and no prior notice, but the staff welcomed us with open arms. They quickly arranged seating for everyone and were so patient and friendly, especially with the kids.nnThe service was flawless—no errors with the orders, everything came out quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and their kindness made our visit extra special.nnIf you’re looking for a place that can handle groups with ease and still provide exceptional food and service, Swiss Chalet is it but maybe give them more notice than we did. We’ll definitely be back the next time our team plays in Owen Sound!

Natasha is the exact reason that my daughter and I will be coming back! Natasha, from the beginning, was bubbly, caring, and knowledgable about the various meal choices that I couldn't seem to figure out. Natasha didn't rush me and helped me to feel welcome. Jen does a great job with the staff and environment, always making sure that the restaurant is clean and well decorated. The festive season is upon us and the Swiss Chalet restaurant felt that way. The music was at the perfect decibels for polite conversation. Every Shirley Temple refill that I needed, Natasha was right on it! I opted for the pot pie and wanted to try Natasha's suggestion about the quesadillas. However, I've never tried Swiss Chalet pot pie and really wanted to see if it's as good as the restaurant's other meals. I'm beyond stuffed! The wrong soup came out initially but Natasha quickly rectified it with a smile and exuberance. She consistently took care of my seven year old daughter, even when my daughter couldn't make up her mind for toppings with respect to the dessert, lol.nI'll come again and ask specifically to be seated in Natasha's section :D! Come for the food, stay for the hospitality!

I recently dined at Swiss Chalet, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal. I ordered the ribs and a special treat—ghost pepper wings made by Andrew—and they were absolutely amazing! The flavors were bold, and the wings had the perfect balance of heat and taste. The portions were incredibly generous, and considering the quality and quantity of the food, the prices were more than reasonable.nnOur server, Jennifer, was fantastic—super helpful, attentive, and always with a friendly smile. She made sure we had everything we needed, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Swiss Chalet for anyone looking for great food, great service, and great value!

My husband, daughter and I had dinner at Owen Sound Swiss Chalet last night, and it was so fantastic!! There was a large birthday party going on, a sports team was there with a group of 50, and every table was packed!! Despite it being crazy busy, the host staff, the wait staff, and the kitchen staff were all EXCEPTIONAL!!! Watching the waitresses work together and serve tables was like watching a performance. They are all so amazing at their jobs, and were so incredibly friendly while handling such a hectic dinner service. The food came out quick, and was perfectly delicious!! Shout out to Jenna E, our lovely waitress, for helping us to have such a lovely dinner and family experience!! Also a shout out to manager James, who is doing an exceptional job and leading such a Rockstar team!! Owen Sound Swiss Chalet, you rock it every time!!! AMAZING job, team!!!

This was uncomfortable coming this time. It has way too cool as you walked in. I ordered the chicken pot pie. It's served in a stoneware bowl. You could literally see the steam coming from the meal, way too hot. A person could heat burn their tongue or the roof of their mouth. The crust was cold yet, the chicken part was too hot. The cook doesn't need to have the oven at 450° lets just say for 10 minutes?! Turn the oven down 5° for 7 minutes. The server asks if I wanted to have it in a bigger bowl with ice cubes?
