I came here for lunch with my grandparents and we had Kathie B as our waitress. She was so attentive, kind and overall provided great service. She also suggested the new maple bbq sauce for my grandpa which he loved and of course, all the food was amazing! Thank you Kathie B :

Attended for a family members birthday lunch today at the Swiss Chalet in Owen Sound and had a really great experience. The food was fresh, came out quickly, and everything tasted exactly how it should.nnWhat really stood out, though, was our server, Kathie B. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time. She checked in at all the right moments without hovering and made sure our girls had everything they needed. It’s not often you come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful.nnThanks, Kathie, for making a simple lunch feel like a really enjoyable family outing. We’ll definitely be back!

I went with some friends to Swiss Chalet in Owen Sound for lunch . I had the BBQ pulled chicken sandwich with Caesar salad and some dessert. The food was delicious and a great portion . Our server was Ange and she was amazing . Friendly and great service . I will be going again..

Swiss Chalet is a go-to for comfort food. The iconic sauce, crispy fries, and perfectly cooked chicken are consistently excellent and always satisfying.

Kathy B is amazing server, friendly, kind, and efficient. She is an awesome person.
