Service was rushed and very cold, no personality or smiles. Plates for the appetizers were also cold, although the food was good. Washrooms were the dirtiest I have ever witnessed in a family restaurant...totally disgusting.

Club wrap - they tried to hide the fact it was burned by putting the burnt side on the bottom. Shame on them. They took it off my bill when I showed them (and removed the plate before I could eat the fries). So I went out for dinner with friends and didn't get to eat. Not a fan of this location.

I hope CARA OPERATIONS read these reviews. I don't usually write reviews but read them. I thought I would chime in after reading a few of the comments from the last little while. I'll start off saying I come to this location once in awhile because its the closest to my residence. The kids LOVE swiss chalet. But I have noticed a few odd things about this place. I noticed, which I believe is management because the same people are the ones I've noticed, must not have an office. They seem to just use a table in the restaurant to do their paperwork or crunch number or whatever they are doing. Staff seems to be "on edge" or nervous. Another tell tale clue. What got me reading the reviews is my experience at the take out desk. The guy running the operation back there must be the spoiled son of the owner because of the attitude and boldness of this greasy mess of a man. I just had to laugh at him after he refused my free soup scratch off coupon, that I got with my festive dinner meal awhile back while dining with my family of five, because it had a small tear in it from being in my wallet for a few weeks. I was gonna order more food to go along with my free soup but was denied the chance because he thought that's all I wanted was the free soup and he didn't have time for that I guess. Like I was wasting his "precious time" or something. So after collecting my free soup winning lottery ticket from this soup notsee I carried on across the parking to enjoy a nice hot chilli at Jim Norton.
