Pizzaville

Not sure if the ownership has changed but this used to be one of my favorite locations. The service has seriously dipped in the last little while. Just actually took me 25 mins to get rice balls. Last time i got a pizza here it was burnt black on the bottom. Really too bad to see a good franchise slip so hard.

I was not very pleased with our service today at your location we took our 5yr old grandson for pizza our food was fine and quick but while we were eating I asked for a cup of water for him and was refused and told to buy a bottle of water instead which I did not have money on me to do. A paying customer should be able to get a cup of water for a child without being treated so rudely. Thanks but no thanks we will not be returning!

I am sure the pizza is good. But never had a chance to try it. Ordered delivery tonight and tried paying with credit card but did not work....guys says you don't have cash. Why would I say credit card online if I had cash.....customers service no help...not happy. So no pizza and I guess there fine eating the pizza themselves.

All of the food we ordered was burnt and over cooked. Garlic bread with cheese completely stuck to box and so hard on the bottom. Won't be ordering again.

Very poor costumer service. They burnt my order and then hide it by wrapping it for me to take without even noticing their mistake. I opened the package and said this is completely burnt the girl said I can make you anotherone but it's going to take 15 more minutes. I requested a refund and she didn't even apologize. The staff are not even familiar with the menu!!! Very poor service. I Don't recommend it at all.
