Fifteen minute wait time at drive through is insane. This is not the first time this has happened and needs to be dealt with.
The food is fantastic and the wait is always worth it. The service is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. A clean place and they really take customers safety seriously.
Usually fast service, good food. However my last visit this week I had to send my baked potato back twice because it was cold both times. The third one was good.
I am just updating my previous review which reflected a poor experience, because this time it was much better! I don't know if they got new employees or cooks but it was so so so tasty this time! Everything was very fresh. So whatever they did on my visit yesterday December 14, 2020, I hope they keep doing. Great job!
Forgot utensils, sauce was pure liquid and small portions. Never again
Dining at Chatham's Swiss Chalet is always a pleasant experience. The servers are always friendly and the service is excellent. They follow Covid rules.
