Had the lunch hot chicken tacos, they were very good, wife had the berry salad also tastey. Service was excellent not sure of her name but friendly and easy to talk to.
I feel like the franchise is, overall, mediocre, but it's good enough to become a hang out spot for a lot of people. The staff were clearly overworked, but they did their absolute best and it showed - and they're the only reason I'm giving this place more than one star. Our table was greasy upon arrival, but my friends all loved their food and I loved my drinks. It was crowded/rowdy, but do you really expect anything else at a bar/restaurant like this in the evening? Not bad, at the end of the day.
The food was good. The atmosphere is what you'd expect at this chain. Unfortunately it is not handicapped accessible. There was no marked handicap parking. The parking lot was poorly lit. There were no automatic doors to open and no staff available to hold the door. My friend struggled with the door for almost 5 minutes while I looked for a suitable parking spot. Once we were settled everything went well. For obvious reasons we did not even try to use the rest rooms. Leaving was easier as the doors pushed outward. With a few small changes, this restaurant could be made accessible. Well worth it as I saw a hospital and a seniors residence within a mile or so.
The food is decent but the service is horrible. I’ve gone to this location a few times in the past 6 months and the poor quality of service has been persistent. Every time I have gone I have had to wait 15-30 minutes for the waitress/waiter to take my order, and when trying to pay the bill, had to wait 10-15 minutes. The only great service I received here was from a waitress on my most recent visit who served my table even though it wasn’t in her section. She realized our table was about to leave and asked if we had been served which we hadn’t. She then promptly took our orders and took care of our table for the rest of our dinner. I will be taking another year or two break from going to this restaurant.
Nica place.. Food is good and service is poor
You know, it's been a few years since I visited Crabby's. They still maintain their high standards of food quality and the service was fantastic. Samantha and Julie helped me relax and brought a smile to my face after busy day ... and they still have complimentary peanuts! I shouldn't have stayed away so long. I'll be back.
Food was delicious and hot when received and the beverages were delivered when expected. Servers showed to be pleasant, smiling, and tried to be helpful. Would offer 5 stars but even though it seemed busy there seemed to be a lack of number of servers working. They seemed overwhelmed and constantly on the go so I made it difficult to ask for second beverage, more napkins, etc.
Used to love going to eat here but our last visit has completely turned us off. Poor service, never checked on, had to get up and find my own wet wipes when ribs and wings were ordered, went almost the entire meal without a drink... and on top of that the amount of dust was making my allergies go crazy.
Had a party of 45 go during a baseball tournament and the service was fantastic. Had our drinks and food to us very fast, considering the size of the group. Couldn't have asked for better.
We are in Chatham for a hockey tournament and called on Crabby Joe's to see if they would be able to accommodate us. We were told no problem. Went in and they sat the team all together . Our server Samantha was great. Very efficient and very friendly and sociable . The food was delicious. Would definitely return if this is the norm here .
