Lack of selection, not as good as it was when Teresa owned it. Bathroom are not clean, Be prepared to Pay a Premium. Maintenance is required and please please clean your squeeze bottles for your hot sauces more than once a day. Main employees are friendly. Which is a saving grace. But not enough for repeat business.
Great place to go with kids and family for frozen yogurt, yummy treats, and nice cup of tea and coffee. Excellent location.
Not the cheapest of treats, BUT very delicious and a wide variety of serve-yourself flavours and toppings. Definitely hits the spot!
Do not underestimate how good their coffee drinks are. Had a perfect caramel cappuccino from here. Of course the frozen yogurt was great too
I have been here almost every week last two months. staffs and place is very nice and very clean. We trained staff. Very friendly people. Owner is awesome. Great people and great place and of course AWESOME Frozen Yogurt!
Swirleez used to be our favorite place to stop by until today. Yuck!!! We were adding sprinkles to our ice cream while one of the employees with her bare hand no glove started pushing sprinkles from outside the table INTO THE CONTAINER WE WERE USING. She didnt even wait until we were done or until we turned around. She just didn’t care. The other employees saw this and just laughed. Then I made a comment to her to please not use her hand and she pushed the sprinkles…. To the floor. Pandemic or non pandemic times, it’s gross. I know this is an after-school or weekend job but… the owners need to give better food handling training to their staff.
Hohly mooly!! Great Froyo... I need to know where the sour keys are from. They are the most sour sour keys Ive had in my life. Borderline weapon grade sourness... Loved my Froyo though it was scrumcious! BEWARE: you will be given a spoon and subconsciously expected to put the spoon in the cup right when it comes time to weigh, resulting in you paying for the spoon weight. Which is pretty clever and definitely intentional... Smart way to increase margins, honestly respect the effort.. I will be back
The ice cream is a good quality. Soft, easy to pump yourself and fun for kids of all ages. Staff are friendly. It was nice to sit outside and nice that the tables were clean.
Great place to get custom frozen yogurt bowls. You pay by weight and it is reasonable in price.
Give you the feeling of ‘making my own frozen yogurt’, it was fun and delicious!
