This fine local Coldwater business is my favorite source anytime I need an appliance they sell. Dan and his staff are all friendly, helpful, and well informed. Delivery and repairs, when needed are done ASAP, and accurately. I would give them 10 stars, but looks like the limit is 5. Excellent service.

My parents have always bought appliances from Swicks. My mom needed a new washer, so we went with a scratch and dent. Delivered same day. There were a couple issues with it, and when I called, they immediately rectified the situation by swapping it out with another model. That is GREAT customer service. Dan and his team are wonderful and I highly recommend this business to everyone.
