I would give this store zerp stars if I could. Ordered a dining table back in August and they told me it will be 5 weeks. It’s already 12 weeks and it’s still not here. Ive been calling them and they keep saying it is already in the warehouse and should be coming iur way and that was a month ago. Please don’t buy furniture here.

They didn't say one word to me the entire time. I would like to give OFD a better review, but customer service is the lifeline of any good business. I came in after a visit to the BMV. I walked by a white/silver haired lady at the front desk, who looked my general direction then back down. I was surprised to receive not even the slightest greeting. I looked around the store, and actually saw a few interesting items. I also walked by two designers (might have been a designer & customer) who also didn't bother to break conversation to acknowledge my presence. It was really an awkward feeling. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. I had hoped to at least be acknowledged on my way out, but no. And just to clarify, they weren't busy, just selective about who they bother greeting. Due to their unwelcoming nature, I will not be back, and I will not recommend OFD.

The owners are greedy saps. Do not go here! They will never stand behind any type of warranty issue because they are pigs.

Sofa I ordered was delivered with several defects. I have tried for months to get it replaced and they refuse to even talk about it!! Please don't buy furniture here.

I have enjoyed looking here and buying. Good quality, and good service. Kelley who i always go to, she will help you find anything!
