Sweet River Bakery

The pizza at this bakery is so good. We are very fussy about pizza and this got top marks. They also have a nice selection of local wines & beer. The sandwiches & salads that were going to other tables looked amazing.We will definitely eat here again the next time we pass through this area. I highly recommend eating here. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Sweet River Bakery is a wonderful anomaly! I find excuses to go there for so many delectable reasons. For one thing, their blended coffees are made with 4 shots of espresso, which truly produces a great and superior brew....routinely, I am disgruntled by other establishments that charge extra for shots beyond 2 ( stingy ). The food is artistically assembled for a delicious, fresh, culinary experience. Recently, I purchased a large, very rustic baguette that proved to be the best bread I've ever eaten! Lastly, there is a lovely, outdoor garden area with river view to enjoy your treats. AND, the 'Bakery also features live entertainment and spirits on regular occasions. I'm in love. Ric Benson

Macaroons and Cinnamon Rolls... I stopped by at the end of the day and found some decadent treats. The macaroons were soft, moist and delicious. Looking forward to trying some other offerings.

No matter what you order, it will be the best Pateros has to offer! They have fresh bread daily, handmade pizzas after 3p and the best sandwiches in town. They also feature coffee from Blue Star Coffee Roaster and generally have three varieties of drip coffee ready to serve in insulated carafes on the counter. No need to add heavy creams and flavored syrups- this coffee is good enough to drink black!

This is a great little Bakery. Unfortunately, they were out of a few of several of the items that I we wanted to try....but that probably means they do a good job! The chocolate chip cookie ($2) was excellent! They also had coffee for sale which satisfied the Mrs.! They accept cards, but they have a sign noting that they prefer cash! It keeps more money with the business!
