The level of detail they put into each custom cake is unbelievably amazing! I have never in my life seen a cake that was decorated as beautifully as they do here. They are very reasonably priced for their custom cakes, I will  definitely be back anytime I need a creative and fun cake!

service was rude and obnoxious. cupcakes wee dry, old, and not pretty looking. i went to the chesterland location and it said that it was open and no one was their. i had to drive all the way out to chardon.

Have bought cupcakes from them at least 5 times in the last 4 months. All were fantastic. These are quality products and not made with pre-mixed ingredients! Love!

Disappointed to find a long hair baked into my cupcake. I won't be going back.
